Pros
You will not find more supportive, more pleasant, more selfless management and coworkers anywhere. "Servant leadership" is a core value for Pariveda, and they take it seriously. On top of that, everyone is very bright and competent, eager to collaborate, and fun to hang out with. A lot of value placed on mentoring and they invest a lot in the development of your skill set.
Cons
In general, consulting is not for everyone. While Pariveda itself is amazing, the same cannot be said for the client you might end up working for. Youa re expected to be a generalist, so if you find a programming language or rechnology stack at which you wish to become truly expert, you might become miffed to end up on aproject that does not involve the latter. Also the travel can be burdensome, but leadership is recpetive to concerns about this and can be flexible
