Pros
I started at Pariveda right out of college and stayed for 3 years. It was an amazing experience. It cannot be overstated how much Pariveda provided a second family for me. I formed close bonds that will last a life time. Additionally, I can't imagine a better start to a career in terms of experience. I learned so much both in terms of technical knowledge and soft skills. Pariveda has a company culture which is very much focused on developing and promoting it's employees.
Cons
Compensation is extremely competitive for college hires and pretty competitive in general. However, managements insistence on no bonuses, no overtime pay, and no early promotions means they inevitably lose some of their top talent and hardest workers.
