Pros
Ability to be exposed to many technologies, industries, and ways of working. Pariveda is passionate about pay equity and having a transparent pay scale for all employees. While the work-life balance can be sometimes hard to maintain, as is similar for the industry, Pariveda stresses on providing support for it's employees, including providing a variety of leave opportunities.
Cons
The parental leave policies, especially for those giving birth, are not expansive enough and rely on short term disability to provide an adequate amount of time off. Additionally, while the career development path for employees is very clear and transparent, there are no paths that you can specialize in. Pariveda holds tight to their "generalist model".
