- Strong mentoring system helps guide career growth - Building relationships with people across the firm has helped the feeling of isolation - Being able to move between projects and industries help keep perspectives fresh - The company itself evolves to address the problems of the present and the future, actively - While I've been at the company for a long time, I don't see myself wanting to leave any time soon as there's still room to grow and develop.
Cons
- The company career path isn't for everyone. I wouldn't expect it to apply to everyone, but it makes one wonder at what point you personally are wanting off the train. - Your experience will vary, no two career paths (even if you start at the same level as someone, on the same project) will be the same.
