Pros
1) Pariveda's primary focus is on developing each individual to their maximum potential. And that focus trumps over bottom line profits. Cons
I have not had any issues or negative things at Pariveda so far. Probably the short bench time could become a problem in longer run, but I`m positive the management has good way to handle that.
