Pros
The backbone of Pariveda is that more then anything it is a talent development company that happens to solve complex problems for it's clients for the benefit for the clients but also as the vehicle for letting us, it's employees (who also owns the company) to grow professionally and personally. Many companies I have worked for in the past will play lip service to wanting to grow you, but Pariveda unlike those is designed to actually do so. This includes having a transparent pay and performance management structure that encourages collaboration and mutual sharing of success. As an additional note, Pariveda has some of the best employee and family benefits I have ever experienced.
Cons
As the company grows staying connected to everyone has gotten harder, especially in the big offices. I see the leaders working hard to remedy that though.
