Pros

If there is a GOOD Friday or Saturday night, you could make $150-$250 from 4pm-11pm. If you get assigned a party, there is minimal work for an easy $100 for 4 hours. Friendly staff.

Cons

The owner is an elderly gentleman who believes the best way to run things is how he has always run them, including procedures implemented 50 years ago or more. The 2 computers are very outdated and counterintuitive to use. The responsibilities for the servers are too much for one person to handle with any kind of sanity. These are the cons on Fri and Sat nights. During the week, I would walk away with a lousy $15-30 for 5 hours of work. The cooks do not wear gloves, and the owner's son smokes cigars in the kitchen (both illegal health violations). At the conclusion of the night, the owner takes anywhere from 15 minutes to a half hour to pay you the tips you earned. He is a very sweet man who cares deeply for his business, it just makes it hard on the employees.
