Pros
Leverage the branding of their attendees
Cons
The wage they offered me was incredibly low. Basically a minimum wage, I have 5 years of work experience and have never been offered such low thing, not even in my first contract in a less expensive country. Ridiculously insulting. That's why they have a lot of interns, to exploit them and change them every 6 months.
They officially hire for part-time but expect you to work like it’s a full-time job.
Several teams—including operations, customer success, and content—lack strong talent.
Sales people are decent.
Employee turnover is extremely high; people come and go faster than at most places.
They are clearly more into events than into tech. CS doesn't even know how to use excel.
