Good company - Software Engineer Parinati Solutions Employee Review

Best place for nightout. Salary on time. As i did not see any PROS in this company however employees are good here

PLEASE NOTE:- All the positive reviews are either written by HR or CEO himself. Neither the past nor the present employees will agree to any of points mentioned in them as far as i know. 1. Company has more number of freshers than the experienced people. 2. HR policies not defined properly. 3. Salary is the biggest CON of the company(salary is almost same as that of daily wage given to labourers). 4. No salary hikes given. 5. Documents are not given by HR from time to time. 6. No proper working schedules defined(some employees work for more than 12 hrs sometimes and no pay for overtime is given) 7. CEO doesn’t give credit to employees. 8. Single Project Manager handles all the projects in company.(more than 5 i guess). 9. No proper team management. 10. Technologies are outdated. 11. Mobile department of company closed last year. 12. Office related work is handled by security sometimes. 13. Regular monthly activities are not held on office. 14. Even though CEO says he is here for benefit of employees but real benefits are for himself(only 10% of amount employees must be getting for what they actually get paid ,rest benefits are for CEO). 15. Total workload is given on one single employee sometimes. 16. No proper training given. 17. Around 50 people left the job last year because of low salary.

1).- This was a good company for fresh graduates with no experience. Only among a few companies in Goa that give opportunity to freshers in java technology. 2).- Salary on time almost always.

1).- Stay away if you are experience developer because you will neither benefit technology wise not in terms of salary 2).- Salary is low even by Goan software company standards. But you can manage with that if you are freshers when you only look to get experience and resign after some time 3).- Work life balance is bad to very bad. But it also depends on how good developer you are, so for most developers have to spend late hours in office 4).- Not many fun activities planned. Even when planned you cannot participate because of work pressure and deadlines 5). - Cost cutting is name of the game. Evidently seen in computer systems, furniture, etc. Even for company picnic employees are ask to pay 6).- No appraisal transparency and increment given year after year 7).- Most of senior people had already left company, so no scope of learning from experience people 8). CEO cannot control his emotions when in bad mood, and openly uses bad words. But cannot blame him in all cases, but it's really bad habit to have in senior management
