Great atmosphere, people and company

Great company to work for

Some employees are very kind and helpful.

The company seems very organized from the outside, but the meeting schedule may end up running hours late, leaving you to wait with your work in order to get it approved. If it's not approved you have to go through the whole process again. All this before you even show it to 'corporate' of the brand you're working on. It was like I was working for 2 bosses (Parigi & 'corporate') trying to please them both (as they wanted different things), along with buyers who want a totally different (third) thing. Things are always changing, people in and out, protocol for meetings, brand and team set-ups. Creates a workplace where you never know when it might be your time to go or that your job description might change or multiply. As a comment I saw below, some employees are very clique-y and won't even acknowledge the presence of someone they think is 'not cool enough'. They allow employees to play loud music all day, which was disruptive and obnoxious. Some of us don't want to have to wear headphones all day to block out other people and their noise. Another comment that I second is not being able to trust the people who work directly with the owners. Management compares you to other designers to your face, which doesn't make for a good team environment between brands.
