There are many career blockers: managers working in the company for a long time when it was way smaller, and not evolved since then. The company is afflicted by bad communications. Project initialization is not properly considered and is often chaotic. They have a culture of project contract.

Oil & Gas solid company, wich has lot of work contracts in Italy and less abroad. Guaranteed salary is the strong point of this company. About salary I've never got any problem and never heard about late payments.

For who hasn't a steady job on the workshop, most of the work and activities are always spent on different building sites so you have to move a lot. Cheap labour for welding and assembling activities. Poor benefits for who works on building sites in Italy and abroad. Company doesn't spent money for training so you have to learn by yourself and work also with unqualified personnel and managers. Stessful working conditions caused by poor organization particulary on foreign projects.
