Lack of reflective leadership Lack of team support Ignorance to culture shifts Constant “projects” Carrot dangling / give and take away culture No recognition or support for new staff - current leaders feel threatened by new team member s rather than attempt to work with them. Zero support for stress Blame culture (and you can see this in other reviews) Use of social media to deliver news of financial problems to its team - rather than taking ownership Not recognising that those who have previously failed in the business will continue to do so…… It’s just such a shame - so much potential been dragged down by quiet quitters and hanger ons! This post will be talked about also Anyone who reviews gets talked about !! I just hope they learn and change .. so no one has to face what I did Zero concern for mental health ! I won’t quote what I heard … But shoving a BUPA link really doesn’t cut it No internal HR - they got rid of them - guessing they didn’t like been advised how to handle staff “Fairly” or was it really just to save money Zero work life balance - emails bounced around on weekends .. late at night - some members of the team spending all weekend working … Negative news ALL THE TIME !! Will initiate changes at speed - no consideration for impact , mistakes made and zero accountability (That’s a big one) Such a let down ….

Some amazing people ! Genuine passion for Childcare The IQA team and its leader deserve recognition !! The tutors are fantastic , they need leaders who believe in them not leaders who see them as burdens Some SMT are true Gems and I can see they struggle they have faced I know my review is negative but it really is the truth This company has a positive impact in that I met some great people BUT it also had a very negative impact too (BIG TIME)
