Pros
The well documented lawsuit has been settled after admitted wrongdoing by Parcus, though it's just a matter of time till the FDA comes knocking. Thankfully no one in my family needs an orthopedic implant, but Parcus would be last on the list.
Cons
Parcus spelled backward without the "u" is scrap and without also the "s" is crap. Scrap is the quality of the products, and crap is a polite word for the hostile work environment from top down. Despite my best efforts, it's a losing battle, so I'll be resigning at the first opportunity. Shortcuts, the lack of emotional maturity, and the disrespect that I've witnessed behind people's backs are unbelievable. I am embarrassed to have my name associated with Parcus and should have listened to my gut when interviewing.
