Pros

Parco has been in business for decades and has employees that have worked here for over 30 years. Company culture is fast paced but expectations are very reasonable and both hourly and salary employees have an excellent work/life balance. Parco is generally a fair company, compensating those that go the extra mile. The CEO is young and hungry to grow which is a great time to be at Parco.

Cons

Business has been slow for the last year due to Parco's main market being slow. This meant no raises this year which was hard for people to deal with. This is not normal and I think if you are able to look at the big picture, you'll know that there are great things to come for this company.

Pros

Good steady pay, good hours, good benefits

Cons

No incentive to work, ppl get indirectly "promoted" with promise of a raise and manager doesn't deliver at the end. This company is a "who you know" type job. Management is out of touch with its employees and think they know better without any input from employees. They don't value anyone unless you're related to or friends with management. And I've seen that the higher you move up within the warehouse or departments the stressful it is. People have quit due to the high stress level or high expectations management has. They don't like to promote from within unless again; you're related to management; only two people have started from the bottom and promoted to supervisors/managers due to some relation to management or owner. They rather bring in someone new from the outside with no knowledge of the products the company makes.
