Pros

If you have to resort to writing multiple 5-star reviews to pump up your companies perception then the perception of being a shady company personifies more than it already is.

Cons

Fake reviews are easy to spot. Especially when the company has a history of negative reviews and all of a sudden four 5-star reviews pop up out of nowhere with tag lines such as "Great place to work" and cons including "fast-paced". Such a joke. Stay far far away from this place.

Pros

Ability to WFH. Cutting Edge Market And Industry. Competitive Compensation And Benefits,

Cons

I was terminated a week or so after being told by my manager that she would put me on an Performance Improvement Plan which she never provided, and that I "wasn't right" for a role virtually identical to several I've had previously for nearly thirty years, including as a manager myself. My new hire training was woefully insufficient in too many ways to describe. The company was growing at a rate far beyond its capacity, which was exacerbated by poor internal operational integration between various departments, inadequate or soon-to-be-discarded tools and technology, a revolving door of staff and opaque management of and communication with the company's relationships with its external business partners. Lack of diversity in the Executive Suite and elsewhere.
