Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are taking your feedback very seriously, albeit it being a little surprising to us.
While you perceive there to have been an ‘unprofessional environment’, our monthly team feedback sessions indicate the contrary, with an exceptionally high approval rating for our management team, both in terms of management skills, as well as team motivation.
Nevertheless, we will take steps to find out whether your reported experience is a singular incident, or actually experienced on a broader level, in which case we aim to proactively address and solve these issues.
Parcelly prides itself on being a great place to work; equality, transparency, work-life balance and professional growth opportunities are four factors that play a significant part in ensuring this. Our employee demographic scores, HR auditing measures and personal feedback sessions keep us on track with these goals.
