Pros
the paycheck is steady, you are not paid for making rate in calls just hourly. so you are able to work at your own pace. there is some PTO available but not much.
Cons
little to no benefits, communication within management and to agents is horrible, management can be very very rude, short breaks, 8 hours of nonstop phone calls with no sense of relief. no room for growth, training is very poor
