Pros
Paratek was a great company to work at, the people were great and they made great promising drugs, one of which is now in phase 3.
Cons
Company had to focus on clinical trials and therefore decimate its research team. After a recapitalization and merger they are now a large clinical group working to get excellent drugs to market.
