Pros
Nothing positive can be said about this company.
Cons
Verbal abuse at this company is very common. Yelling, rudeness, condescending speaking to employees from management is the normal thing at this company. Employees are asked to be at work upwards of 10 hours per day, but are only paid for 8.5 hrs. The CEO regularly sends reminders to workers to not take sick days. If they are sick, they should come in to work for a few hours at least. Sick days can only be booked in advance. Workers are never appreciated positively for their performance, but they are talked down for every small issue. The company is not built on constructivism. The managers only hire desperate international Koreans with a temporary visa and exploits them to the maximum, knowing that they will get away with it because there are few job opportunities. No one works here too long and the turnover is extremely high.
