Pros
I guess you gain "experience" for your CV, but other than that, not much.
Cons
Internships aren't compensated, there's no team structure or guidance from those with more experience. You're left to fend for yourself and just produce content that looks good. There are no meetings to sync up. There isn't an opportunity to grow and develop your skills, they consistently hire new interns and rotate them every couple of months. The possibility of a full time offer if you get a great score at the end of the internship is untrue - first they contradict themselves by giving you an overall low score while all the stats are very high, and when corrected, no further discussion about employment is brought up.
