      Pros

      I worked at Paramount Recruitment for over 5+ years and thoroughly enjoyed my time with the business. They offer a great commission structure, structured opportunities for career progression and have supportive directors & management team. Fun working environment with a wide range of incentives and rewards available to top performers.

      Cons

      Car parking is limited onsite, but the Paramount Offices are directly opposite Birmingham New Street Station with good public transport links.

      Pros

      Great team, good earning potential

      Cons

      Poor leadership from big D at the top of the tree. He didn't turn up to work for the last 12 months (at least), and being honest I don't think he knew anything about his own business. To make things worse, I would regularly get emails from 'Dan' from various alias email addresses asking me for visa support, diamonds, etc in exchange for 'large cash payout' which sadly never came.

      Pros

      The employees and the culture was great, a close-knit team who were all determined to help the company thrive. Was genuinely a nice place to work.

      Cons

      The CEO, Dan Clifton, must be the worst business owner I've come across. He ran the company into the ground with his incompetence and with no thought/ care for his staff. He didn't deserve the team he had working for him
