Pros
Love the people I work with and the friendly lot environment...everyone is very welcoming and people say "Hello" and look you in the eye as they pass you by.
Cons
The pay isn't exactly the best, and they do often work with antiquated systems. There's growing frustration among many people regarding the types of movies that Paramount is producing/greenlighting. There really isn't an overall sense that you're working for "One Team", the "Paramount Family". I worked at Disney for many years and they had a special way of making you feel like you were "Part of the Magic". There's no real leadership presence here, it would be nice if there was a way to make the employees feel more engaged and connected to Paramount movies and it's philosophy.
