Pros
Paramount is one of the big five films studios but is still a small organization with not to much process that gives the feeling of being in a small company.
Cons
Headquarter is omnipresent, and the studio is not really in risk taking, that does not give a lot of opportunity to try things or adapt strategy on a territory level.
