IMPACTFUL - PT Aide/Clerk Paramount Physical Therapy Employee Review

The staff at Paramount are professional, respectful, friendly and easy to work with. The owner of the company really loves what she does and you can tell by how she treats her patients and her business. She is knowledgeable and interactive and it really makes for a positive working/learning environment. Not to mention, especially with everything going on, she remains vigilant in safety and Covid precautions. It's comforting to know she cares so much about everyones health and well being. It really is a great place to work.

Not really a con, but EMR could be beneficial

Working for Leigh-Ann was a great experience! Her practice is run in a professional manner and serves as a great work environment for anyone looking to work as a PT aide. I worked here during my time as a Physical Therapy student and Leigh-Ann is exactly what I look for in an employer. I also had the pleasure to intern at Paramount PT prior to working as an aide which was an amazing learning experience in itself. I learned a great deal about the PT profession as both a student and an employee. I thank Leigh-Ann for her time and commitment to serving the community as a Physical Therapist and as a clinical instructor for those pursuing a career in PT in the outpatient physical therapy setting!
