      Flexibility of hours and days

      You don’t get paid the hours you put in. You get paid by how many rooms you finished. They put an unrealistic timer for each room and if you don’t finish in time you don’t get paid for it even if you have evidence

      A lot of flexibility in terms of choosing shifts

      Cons

      Each room is timed and when you exceed the time limit you do not get paid. They advantage of that. The hotel I was designated was very unorganised, I wasn’t trained properly and they do not tell you important things you need to know.

      the pay is sorta good

      Cons

      no breaks you just get a list of rooms to finish and get them done as fast as you can then you can leave alot of physical work work alone from your second day 3 hours of training only very strict manager
