      Pros

      I have been with the company for two weeks now. It was way out of my comfort zone to begin with, I have always been a behind the scenes type of person. The training was so intense and intimate that there was no way I couldn't succeed. I am excited to see what and where I can go with the company!

      Pros

      The more experienced employees are always willing to help out the new guys. There is no sense of seniority on this team it’s all about teamwork and productivity. This extends from the management team all the way down to the entry level candidates.

      Cons

      The traffic is Philadelphia in the morning is a little unpredictable but I guess that is to be expected with such a big city.
