Pros
There is a strong brand/IP within the company.
Cons
The company culture used to be good but post the merger and rebranding this company culture has deteriorated so much. They say inclusivity and collaboration but there is true bullying happening at the company. The new heads play favoritism and there's a hostile work environment where they make those not on their original team do extra tasks, talk down on them, and not provide the support they need. Poor pay. No room to grow. Laid off a bunch of people but expect you to do everything for free because of their mistakes. Not even a simple thank you or dose of understanding from the management teams. My opinion was never valued and I was discouraged from sharing ideas; rather, I was talked at and our team never had briefings to brainstorm ideas for improvement.
