Pros
As an account coordinator I learned a lot about sales administration duties, how to put together proposals, and how to support sales reps. I enjoyed the team that I worked with, there were many intelligent and vibrant people working there. My boss taught me well and the training for ACs is pretty strong.
Cons
I would've like to have stayed, but it's very difficult to move up within this company. I tried going for several promotions and each time someone external was brought in as the new hire. It appears that CBSi wants people in more entry-level roles to stay there until they take a job elsewhere.
