Pros
- Ownership is pretty involved in the day-to-day business operations and they really take the time to get to know their employees. - Work with some really cool people in a close knit office environment. - No micromanagement. You're given a lot of autonomy to get the job done in the most effective way. - Good work-life balance.
Cons
- On a few occasions vacant positions weren't filled in a timely manner or at all. Current employees took on more duties to pick up the slack. - Processes aren't always in place, but in an industry where best practices change quite frequently and new skills need to be learned on the fly that is expected.
