made awesome friends when i was there (could be hit or miss), generally pretty lax - shorts/sandals, made some really awesome ansys FEA models/analyses
Cons
management doesn't really care about you, they just expect you to meet the deadlines. since it is an outsourcing company, deadlines are usually set by customer and are often way too short. makes for crunch time in the weeks prior to analysis reviews where you will do 60+ hr weeks. you could also get stuck doing work/projects that you dont want to do
