      Pros

      A very laid-back corporate office environment. They try to get people to mix through several work related events.

      Cons

      CEO does not motivate and is rarely seen. I don't think he has any real vision for the future of the company. But, as a former CFO, he's just a bean-counter CEO for the organization.
