Great colleagues, poor management - Project Manager Parallel Wireless Employee Review

Very poor management that shows little to no care for employees. There is a clear double standard when it comes to flexibility: employees are required to be in the office 3-4 days a week, while senior management rarely shows up and skips company events. The company is constantly changing direction with no clear strategy, it’s common to work on a project for six months+ only for it to be abruptly cancelled without anyone in leadership caring about the wasted effort. Additionally, there is zero focus on career growth or professional development.
