Pros

Company outings can be fun. Sometimes they have food delivered.

Cons

Very troubled company both past and present. Difficult environment to thrive. Lack of leads and ability to hold on to customers due to mismanagement of every aspect of a project. Not much guidance from upper level individuals, very quick to throw you under the bus to hide the fact they are clueless. Lots of false promises and lack of follow through.

Pros

There are some great people to work with. Company outings can be fun.

Cons

Departments operate in isolation, often attributing blame to one another. Advancement often hinges on conformity rather than questioning the status quo. Egos abound, requiring constant appeasement to stay in the loop. Projects suffer from poor planning and execution, leaving project managers to clean up messes that could have been avoided with thorough pre-sale discussions. Hopefully, this issue has been addressed, as it was a major headache for many PMs. Meeting KPIs becomes challenging when sales and engineering fail to accurately estimate labor hours, create precise bill of materials, or, in some cases, deploy untested technology in the field. ICOs and CCOs demand constant attention throughout the project lifecycle, often having a negative impact on the customer's perception of the company's competence.
