      - The mission is undoubtedly the best part of working here - Generally gracious usage of "unlimited" PTO, although unlimited PTO comes with baggage - Recharge weeks

      Cons

      - Small software team, so personalities matter a lot - Decent documentation on some things, but you might get judged unfairly for not knowing how to do other things that aren't documented - You may ALSO get flack for not asking questions on how to do some things - Sometimes, working 60-70 hour weeks is not only the norm, but also not enough to survive

      - Flexibility - Superb clinical managers - Positive interactions with support staff - Engineering team constantly troubleshooting items based on recommendations from providers - Being recognized for doing a good job

      None so far- has been a great transition from my previous job where I was so burnt out
