      Pros

      uncapped commission off of a draw salary. eat what you kill. great benefits. 7% match on 401K when you put in 14% of take home. Good Medical. and Great people to work with

      Cons

      Its hard work. constantly winning and losing customers based on repair volume. you cant predict when customers are going to have machines that go down.
