Some of the middle management is green but they are working hard to get the balance going to keep us successful.

Good crew for the most part. Decent test equipment but not the best.

Brown nosers get rewarded and "squeaky wheels" get the oil while the rest go unnoticed. Many promises are made but are not acted upon. The test equipment is out dated and poorly maintained along with most other equipment. Egos run rampant, management, if you want to call it that, likes to play pass the buck and not make a decision on their own. The only way you are going to get a raise is if you ask for one and if you're lucky, you might get 25% of what you asked for. Inventory is a joke. Hope you don't have a life at home because they expect you to be there 24/7/365. Communication??? Morale???
