Pros
If you get lucky or they get desperate, they will train you as either and electronics or hydraulics technician, giving you valuable experience. Techs who really stand out and work will get raises if they have the confidence to ask.
Cons
Anyone who starts here entry level will never make anywhere near what they are worth after even two months of experience. Getting handed much more responsibility is very easy to come by, raises are not, especially in anything related to finance (Controller's favorite way of saving money is by paying the people he's in charge of next to nothing) Hard to stand behind a company that shirks almost all of it's "values". This company loves hiring in people who have no experience and putting them in charge.
