      Pros

      Paragon really values its employees and goes the extra mile to make sure that they remain happy. The benefits are top notch and go above and beyond what other companies have offered in the past. Employees here are happy and get to work on fulfilling projects which matter. The PTO and additional holidays granted are an extremely nice benefit as well.

      None so far; I've been very happy here.
