Pros
Some of the people that work here are awesome and it seems like everyone is getting pressured by their superiors which is kind of a nice thing to have in common, i guess. Discounts are generous.
Cons
My big issue is that some managers are very condescending. The push to sell is so insane yet it really doesn't actually "help" us so please stop saying that. I don't get enough of a base salary for me to speak to every single person that walks my department. BECAREFUL with your belongings..sales associates are not important enough to have their things safely stored. I have had a metrocard stolen out of my wallet and I have heard many similar stories. The infrastructure of the store is very poor..it is dissatisfying to both customers and employees. Get in to have something on your resume but do not stop searching for something bigger and better!
