Most people are very good and serve well in product knowledge. Overall the company is capable of growth through customer demand.
Cons
Supply Chain is toxic and not interested in new ideas to grow and leverage cost saving initiatives. They allow 1 or 2 individuals get away with being condescending and offer no route to success. They put on a false culture during the interview process to make you think this is a great opportunity, just to get in and immediately realize why they have so many issues. When brought to the attention the very first week an apology was offered. A few weeks later, completely overlooked and termination. This happened to not 1 but 4 people.
