- translators did not get to do translation work a lot, even when they do, the manager failed to give constructive suggestions - manager is quite foul-mouthed and will insult employees using foul langue - low pay - office environment is quite dirty, especially the toilet - the company is run by a couple, who use a "good cop, bad cop" technique to manipulate fresh-grads to work for them with a low pay - the turnover rate is really high, so the filing system is quite messy, not to mention they don't have a shared drive
