Great environment, self paced work

Lots of changes within the organization, no clear communication

Great coworkers. Team work. Building relationships with patients. Regular clinic hours. No over time/holidays/weekends. Paid through lunch. Yearly raises and quarterly bonuses

We’ve been bought out by Elevance Health and there has been lots of changes over the last year including staffing changes. Working out the kinks. Hopeful for improvement in the future. Does have a more corporate feel and less personable higher up leadership. Direct leadership and managers are still paragon people and good.
