Pros
If you want RESPECT, look no further! You are definitely not just a number here, the team here understands that family is the way to go. Pay is over industry standard, they truly have the miles over here at Paragon. My onboarding was soo smooth it was scary at first, until I saw the momentum never stopped!
Cons
I don’t have many cons here. As with most OTR companies, sometimes it’s hard to get a load where you want to go due to the area you may be in, but they definitely give their all to make it right and accommodate your needs. I’ve never had an experience anywhere else such as this!
