      Paragon Freight is a fast-growing company. The workplace is so diverse and fun! The team is always ready to help and the effort and productivity is highly appreciated. Everyone is authentic and loves what they do!

      Cons

      It is hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working here and I met some of the most talented people. Being exposed to challenges everyday is the best way to learn especially when you have so much support from your team!

      Pros

      It was a pretty good experience overall. Culture was good, people are nice. Pay is better than what I got at the other places. I had to relocate , only reason I left.

      Not really a con, but for some people might be. People at this company hold each other accountable

      Opportunity of growth within or with the company. Open communication with the office team and truck maintenance repair team whenever needed. Travel and lodging accommodations provided by the company if needed. Education experience gained towards desired needs, while being able to continue working.

      Cons

      Minimum space within the office.
