      People do not respect juniors Every small thing will be made an issue No proper place for people to have lunch Not a friendly work culture

      This job paid well and they had some really sharp people.

      No pros to share only one thing salary on time

      Cons

      Employees need to work like a machine for very minimal salary and no offer letter will be given worst management.employee should work for 2 years for sake of experience letter .People working for 2 years with No other option mainly just for sake of experience letter .
