      No pros to share only one thing salary on time

      Cons

      Employees need to work like a machine for very minimal salary and no offer letter will be given worst management.employee should work for 2 years for sake of experience letter .People working for 2 years with No other option mainly just for sake of experience letter .

      This job paid well and they had some really sharp people.

      paid me to sit around and waste your tax dollars because they had a license to do so

      They train candidates initially as in other companies Learning experience for freshers is appreciated

      People do not respect juniors Every small thing will be made an issue No proper place for people to have lunch Not a friendly work culture
