Pros

Free snacks in the kitchen, great reception staff, work itself can be interesting.

Cons

Paragon DCX has the strangest office culture with the most bizarre set of people I have ever seen. The senior management have all been there for over 10 years, are completely robotic in nature and lack empathy and human understanding to a high degree. They're quick to hire individuals outside of the industry in a heartbeat and then happily welcome then in without any form of streamlined training initiatives. Deep technical knowledge is expected to be gained via meetings and excruciatingly long-winded emails. They are not neurodivergent friendly whatsoever and lack the empathy to identify this. Managers should not be called managers as although they're heavy in technical skills, lack communication skills, social skills and emotional intelligence. Most senior staff lack emotional and cultural intelligence and are happy to make inappropriate comments about your food in the office. No vibe, very cliquey, culture is morbid.
