Pros
Parago software is a growing company that allows staff to grow. After starting in one role and quickly being promoted to another, the second didn't work out as expected. The management team had the insight to see where my potential actually was and moved me to a role that suited my abilities much better and I have progressed to be the manager of the said department. The management team have always invested time in listening to opinions of staff and taking on their feedback before jumping and making a decision and this has been pertinent to the development of the product and how it has moved forward. The trust employed by the management after working hard really gives you a sense of worth. It also makes you feel like your opinion matters and you are able to grow professionally. I have travelled to our other offices outside of the UK as part of my development too. I have been any Parago for 4 years now and commitment and a positive attitude is necessary. The rewards for showing these traits are good. I have had several pay rises in the last 4 years as well as bonuses to boot.

I can't keep my bike in the office and have to keep it in the bike store :-(
