      Pros

      Working at Paradym was a great experience for me and was a nice stepping stone to a more technical position. There was an overall laid-back environment.

      Cons

      The laid-back environment always had me feeling as though I wasn't doing enough work. The company tried to find busywork for us to do, though they would never call it that. Inevitably, the absurdity of this busywork is what lead me to search for other positions. It should be noted, upon searching, it appears the Knoxville location may have closed down anyways.

      Pros

      The employees in general were friendly and the people in my dept went out of there way to help. Our manager gave pointers to help you close appointments and kept you up beat.

      Cons

      Sometimes having to change the schedule because the salesperson booked or had to change an appointment around. Also the representative didn't want to go to an appointment.
