Great company and leadership - Sales Paradym Employee Review

Great team, great product, and focused on growing the company. They really want a culture people enjoy to work in and seem to care about employee well-being.

Like any small company, there are growing pains and have to be willing to adjust to change. Some may see that as a negative.

Working at Paradym was a great experience for me and was a nice stepping stone to a more technical position. There was an overall laid-back environment.

The laid-back environment always had me feeling as though I wasn't doing enough work. The company tried to find busywork for us to do, though they would never call it that. Inevitably, the absurdity of this busywork is what lead me to search for other positions. It should be noted, upon searching, it appears the Knoxville location may have closed down anyways.
